The Ingenio Teatro group will present the play, “El pueblo de Esteban”, an adaptation by Raquel Carrió of two stories by Gabriel García Márquez: “El ahogado más Hermoso del mundo” and “El mar del tiempo perdido”.
The production does not aim to make a literal reading of the stories, but rather aims to retake spaces, environments, themes and characters that evoke the magical realism of the author and the peoples of Latin America and the Caribbean.
